To provide a AI based automated action to help customers achieve the maximum result from their listing contracts to drive the best performing campaigns on realestate.com.au

We faced challenges as these smart features were not feasible with the existing infrastructure.

Challenges

With feedback from the sales team, we pivoted from focusing on smart features to laying the foundations for smart suggestions. We developed a comprehensive tool that provided a one-stop platform where users could access all their features and get an overview of all their key events.

Out of the 13 ideas we proposed to our customers, Campaign Overview was rated the most valuable by customers.

What we did

The implementation of Campaign Overview led to significant success. We achieved 65% usage of the Premiere+ features as of September 2024, far surpassing our initial goal.

Additionally, the Campaign Overview tool resulted in 31 Luxe upgrades in July.
